Adjuvant therapy

Chemotherapy and local radiation has the major role in improving the survival and increasing the number of selected patients for limb sparing surgery in primary bone sarcoma, and also hormonal replacement therapy in cancer breast and prostate metastasis can prolong the survival up to 10 years.
