
Patient presented by pain, swelling, pathological fracture with minor trauma, sometimes without any evident history of trauma, disturbance of function of adjacent vital structures in tumors in the pelvic cavity or spinal canal or bony deformity in tumors near the growth plate in young children especially in long standing benign tumors and lastly incidental discovery on doing x-ray for unrelated medical problems.
A complete general examination and a laboratory evaluation of the patient for determining the fitness before any surgical procedure.
